Marketing Planning & Insights Manager (m/f/d)
Aufgaben:
Ensure transparency, effectiveness and efficiency of Marketing Processes, KPIs and Insights across the entire BLANCO organization Obtain the best possible Return on Marketing Invest at all stages of the brand funnel and along the consumer & customer journey via research, analytics, KPI reporting, benchmarking and sharing Be the ambassador for a «data beats opinion» mindset and decision-taking based on insights, coming from consumer and customer Develop a data-based Market Model for all BLANCO countries Steer Annual Marketing & Media Planning and Approval Process Track intra-year Results of local Marketing Activities and create benchmark reports Optimize Marketing Material processes incl. Phase In/Out, Master Data management Steer research projects for Brand and Communication related topics (e.g., U&A, NPS) and control results and resulting activities Develop and implement Media Strategy along the full funnel from Awareness to Loyalty B2B and B2C for appropriate PESO channels Support the Global Market Intelligence Team Reporting line to the Director / Head of Brand Strategy and Marketing Planning within the Global Brand Marketing department
Qualifikationen:
University Degree in Marketing, Research, Media Management or similar learning path Minimum three years working experience in a global marketing or sales or business intelligence team or an agency in an international environment Strong analytical skills and data interpretation Competence for different research methods (quantitative and qualitative) SAP and data visualization skills Good Communication skills and fluent Business English (oral and written)
