Global Brand Manager (m/f/x)
Manage and build the brand as a catalyst for business transformation with a best-in-class strategic approach, steer, and guide plans across marketing disciplines within the team
Maintain, adjust, and implement a central brand marketing strategy for Hamburg Süd that creates commercial value for the Maersk Group within a multi-brand architecture
Develop and execute global marketing campaigns aimed at communicating our brand message to our target audience, while leading regional marketing team members through campaigns
Leverage customer trends and insights to keep the brand up to date
Steer agencies to successfully carry out brand strategy and activation projects
A bachelor's degree, or higher, within marketing, economics and/or communications
At least several years of work experience mandatory in B2B or B2C marketing, sales, or communication; brand strategy experience in a consultancy or agency strongly preferred
Ability to orchestrate omni-channel creative marketing communication following strategic brand direction and delivering commercial outcomes
Track record of steering global, award-winning agencies and delivering marketing communication with commercial outcome
Strong analytical skills: fluency in applying brand strategy tools paired with ingenuity and the drive to create sustainable value
Data- and results-driven
Excellent project management skills
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication skills in English
Spanish, Portuguese and/or German language skills appreciated
