Chief Growth Officer (m/f/d)
Lead generation for advertising agencies and/or production companies
Leveraging your existing network of international marketing director and C-Level client contacts
Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet our sales objectives and provide full insight into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
Develop and lead large deal campaigns with prospective clients, including initial relationship development, business case building, deal negotiation, and closing
Drive strategy, decision making, revenue, and pipeline accountability through data
Be focused on nurturing larger, long term relationships
Be highly ambitious and fit LURE's company culture
Be highly organized, independent, a good communicator and strong on reporting
ONLY applicants with director-level experience in either marketing (i.e. brand marketing on clients' side) or sales at communication agencies will be considered.
At least 7 years of relevant sales experience including management of SDR and AE functions
Proven track record of significant growth achievements, strong negotiation skills to close contracts as well as ability to open doors
Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions
Have an understanding of content licensing
Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution
Strong leadership and team building skills
