8+ years proven track record creating and managing marketing programs that have demonstrated tangible business results Prior experience in B2B business is a must, ideally in the PV industry Great written skills that have been sharpened for digital-first platforms Excellent understanding of digital marketing including social media programs, and industry trends Strong project management skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiple stakeholders Open minded and flexible Proactive problem-solving skills that lead to innovative thinking and solutions Ability to flex between strategic planning and hands-on execution Ability to work in an international and complex matrix organization Native-level English speaking and writing abilities, fluent German is a must
