Marketing Manager (m/f/d) - EU and India
Develop customized marketing strategies in collaboration with key internal stakeholders across leadership, marketing, business and local sales organization that are based on global business strategies and aligned with the needs of the target markets and audience in the assigned region Development of the complete communication mix based on the local marketing strategies - including tailored content and messages, promotional material, such as customer presentations, publications (e.g. press releases, articles, newspapers, newsletters), social media and advertising campaigns as well as video content in collaboration with local key stakeholders Drive and expand all digital marketing activities within the assigned region Collaborate with key regional stakeholders to develop new communication channels with the industry/customers (e.g. webinars, e-mail marketing, newsletters, online events) Provide support in trade fairs, conference and customer seminars, including concept development and execution Monitor competitor marketing activities on- and offline and derive actions to stay ahead of the market in terms of branding and product marketing
BA or equivalent degree in (digital) marketing, communications or a related field with a strong affinity for technical marketing and online More than 5 years of experiences executing or leading marketing/promotion activities in the B2B sector, preferably in the chemical / engineering industry Strategic acumen with proven senior-level experience as a content strategist at a global and regional level Proven conceptual abilities with a demonstrated understanding of content strategy creation Accuracy in copywriting and developing all kind of promotional materials and campaigns Track record in digital and social media marketing, preferably experience in e-commerce marketing Strong communication skills in English both spoken and written; German is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment and with people at all levels in the organization Highly organized, self-sufficient working attitude with an attention to detail
