Definition of the strategic roadmap of our subscription/membership offers incl. IVW responsibility Steering of the subscription offers of our brands incl. continuous analysis and derivation of need for change and action in our portfolio Focusing on the conception and management of online direct marketing measures to acquire new subscriptions and increase CLTV among existing customers Development and expansion of the growth strategy in the subscription/membership area, including the associated preparation and execution of investment and implementation decisions as well as negotiations with partners, customers, service providers and suppliers Preparation / delivery of forecasts and responsibility for target achievement on a national level for the subscription area Budget management and budget planning Internally, close collaboration with Brand Hubs, Newsstand, B2B Sales, Performance Marketing, Data Reach Team, Product Development, Procurement Close collaboration and management of an external subscription service provider on store management, customer service management and rewards management
You have a degree in business administration, media management, business informatics or a comparable qualification You have 5 years professional experience in the areas of direct and online marketing or eCommerce and have been able to gain experience in the areas of subscription, membership, and/or business development You already have first management experience, can demonstrate demonstrable success in the implementation of growth projects and have already had budget responsibility You have excellent project management skills and are a strong presenter, also in English You achieve your successes together with a team that you can inspire for your goals You convince with strong analytical skills and enjoy working with numbers
