eCommerce Manager (m/f)
Job purpose and key deliverables:
Responsible for eCommerce strategy of two brands incl. budget ownership, demand and cycle planning as well as forecasts and owned media activity channels
Ensure excellent execution of Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Digital search for targeted customers
Responsible for the modification of online stores and websites
Responsible for the development and execution of e-commerce action plans and CRM journeys integrated in Brand Campaign Plans
Recommend and execute online, CRM and Social Media promotions with sign-off from line manager, and recommend consumer price adjustments to ensure both competitiveness and profitability
Lead and manage B2C online Trade channels, e.g. Amazon or Price Engines
Provide updates to, develop ecosystem and engage with local and global stakeholders
Responsible for adhering to timelines, budget plans using measurable processes
Management of required agencies and suppliers
Lead, coach and develop 2 direct reports
Qualified, solution-oriented Marketing professional with proven experience of several years within BAT or FMCG, with a minimum of at least 2 years in a key reporting role
eCommerce experience with responsibility for total eCommerce environment including Portfolio strategy, Forecasting, Demand planning, Digital Marketing Strategy
Sound understanding of digital business models incl. B2C E-Commerce and Content Management Systems, dynamic Consumer Relationship Management, SEA and SEO, and Social Media campaigns
People leadership skills to develop staff and establish effective ways of working with clear definition of roles and responsibilities within a new team
Business acumen and understanding in TTL campaigns with high affinity to technology and innovation as well as exceptional analytical skills
Strong communication skills, able to work independently in a matrix structure (central IT, local Brand and Trade Marketing), very strong English skills
