Head of B2B Marketing
In this role you are responsible for our DEATCH Sole Proprietors (SP) and Small-Medium Business (SMB) Marketing Unit, reporting directly to the Director of DEATCH Marketing. Together with your small, but mighty team you build the
Brand & Value Proposition Marketing strategy and develop product/feature launch plans. Besides acquisition in the B2B long tail, you establish communication activities which drive growth along the merchant funnel – exploitation as well as exploration of initiatives is what drives your agenda.
Skills and Experience
Experience in B2B management
Passion and deep understanding of customer behaviour
Strategy development experience
Passion for both strategic as well as hands on operational work
Strong track record of delivering impactful marketing programs and experience in managing large integrated campaigns incl. ATL advertising, digital marketing, experiential & social
Strong commercial / analytical skills
Experience in working within complex matrix organizations
Outstanding communication and influencing skills
A self-starter with a nimble, adaptable work-style – able to get results in a fast-moving environment
Re-establish B2B Marketing in DEATCH and develop own internal branding
Be responsible together with EMEA B2B lifecycle team and local BU on the key funnel and financial metrics for SP/SMB
Drive B2B brand metrics and generate local market and competitive insights
Refresh the SP/SMB value proposition & messaging framework
Establish and drive the paid media strategy for SP/SMB
Lead merchant acquisition strategy, including the definition and monitoring of the investment on Paid Search
Drive the GTM of major B2B product launches and value proposition enhancement
Own the DEATCH SP/SMB contact, content and channel strategy
Manage financials to drive ROI and financial compliance
Partner with the global research & commercial teams to drive customer insight and translation into our comms
Work in close partnership with key stakeholders: EMEA B2B lifecycle team, local commercial teams, product teams, Operations/sales teams, own Marketing team
Manage, coach, develop, and provide cross-functional leadership where appropriate.
