Communication Coordinator (m/f)

Who are you?
You are fond of driving and supporting the sales process through communication materials and activities. You are happy to drive the internal communication process, with the overall objective to strengthen the brand.
What’s the job?
Execute market communication activities that create business leads.
Maintain, implement and udpate digital communication activities including digital campaigns, web campaigns, web updates and social media.
Support in organizing exhibition stands at international trade fairs as well as local customer events.
Local trade press activities in collaboration with external partners.
Support distributors with marketing and promotion material in line with Alfa Lava brand guidelines in collaboration with local distributor managers.
Maintain and update newsflow on intranet to communicate about strategy, success, culture to engage people in the region.
Manage routine administration tasks.
Reporting to Regional Communication Manager, Region Mid Europe and will be working closely with the regional and global Communications team, Business managers and Partners.
What you know?
Successful completion of communication science or business degree
> 2 years of professional experience in all fields of marketing communications
Good knowledge of digital marketing and web communications with good skills in media techniques
Strong communication and organizational skills
High level of creativity and excellent writing skills
Experience in Market Communications / Channel communications
Strong quality mindset, interpersonal and presentation skills
Good project management
Very good written and oral communication skills in both German and English
Good knowledge and experience in using MS Office
High level of drive and commitment as well as Open-minded with good collaboration skills
